Unlike many other personalisation sites, we hold stock and engrave our items here in Stratford upon Avon so we are always in control of orders and customer service. We do not sub-contract the fulfilment of orders to a 3rd party supplier. Our in house computerised diamond engraving facility allows us to offer superb engraving with an extremely quick turnaround time. This gives us complete control over the final quality, ensuring the best possible standard for our gifts.
